It's been over a decade since I returned to Chengdu from Beijing. After solving the issue of survival, I’ve been learning while working. The purpose of learning isn’t for creation, but to evaluate the value and meaning of the works. In the process of working, I think and judge, and without realizing it, my studio has become a one-man factory.

Behind the bustling chaos of reality lies power, capital, and reason. The enlightenment of tools has driven the masses to madly pursue a single path to wealth. All sorts of phenomena—fake plays acting as real, real plays acting as fake—symbolic consumer concepts are everywhere, with injected brainwashing, providing a rational reason for existence.

The times change too fast, and the absolutely objective world no longer exists. Let’s reshape all values, forget everything while we can, and in our carbon-based lives, fully enjoy the pleasures of life. In the course of time, let’s preserve a few traces.
